Denise Clark Whitty

Whether it’s yacht club, county club or beach living in the Longboat Key, Sarasota and Venice areas, Denise brings two decades of unparalleled success while working within the real estate industry.  A resident of the Sarasota area, Denise understands and seamlessly navigates the complexities of luxury home sales. Complimenting her efforts is the wealth of contacts she has with South Florida industry leaders, professional athletes, celebrities and more.

Prior to joining Signature Sotheby’s International Realty, Denise led successful sales teams for eNeighborhoods — a national real estate technology firm and the Getko Group – a premier welcoming service for homeowners in the U.S. Her most rewarding endeavor, however, was heading the charitable foundation for the NHL’s Florida Panthers. While working with the Panthers, she was able to bring about sustainable programs to help feed the homeless in Southern Florida.

Denise is also active with several local area charities. As a member of the Elite Leadership Team with the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women”, she helps educate women on heart disease — the #1 killer of women. With a passion for fashion, Denise serves on the South Florida Board of the American Red Cross and helps to develop their Annual Fashion Show.

Debbie Clark Sugden

Debbie created a successful real estate business in Charlotte, MI (outside Lansing), the town she and her husband, Randy, raised their children.  She consistently earned the Top Producer sales recognition; but identified her most meaningful rewards were the referrals she received from her satisfied clients.  Debbie was raised in the Philadelphia area and holds great fondness for the East Coast.  Many of her children and grandchildren have settled into suburbs of Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.  She and Randy chose Michigan to raise their family, where they also built an industrial sales company from the ground up.  They successfully sold the business when they were ready to focus on their next venture.  This experience as a residential realtor and company owner prepared her well for the challenging real estate environment on the west coast of Florida.

When Debbie relocated to Venice 10 years ago, she managed the premier retail clothing store Mark, Fore & Strike on Venice Avenue.  During that time, she formed wonderful connections with both the Venice business community and her retail customers. While this experience was fulfilling, her love of real estate was always on her mind.  Now a successful realtor with Signature Sotheby’s International Realty, her meticulous attention to detail, unparalleled professionalism, and her passion for providing her clients that highest level of satisfaction, assure them a positive experience.
